My name Is Brandon LaBorde and I was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I graduated from Woodlawn High School in 1996 and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1998. I was honorably discharged in 2002 and then enrolled into The Culinary Arts Institute of Louisiana. I have worked in various fine dining restaurants, catering facilities, and have owned my own catering business for over 18 years. I am passionate about providing Baton Rouge with the highest quality food, most reliable, dedicated service, and the best overall experience for many years to come.
